Bill Bowness
Chairman |
Bill is the Chairman of Wilbow Group. Bill’s initial work background was in banking and investment banking.
He founded property developer, Wilbow Corporation Pty. Ltd. in 1976. The Australian operations were sold to a major public company in late 2006 and the U.S. operations retained. Bill is a Director of Housing Choices Australia, Places Victoria (previously VicUrban) and a Member of Australian Grand Prix Corporation. Bill was previously a director of Centro Retail Trust and Defence Housing Australia.
Bill is a member of the Monash Gallery of Art Committee of Management and was Chair from 1998 to 2010. He is also a Trustee of the Monash Gallery of Art Foundation, on the Board of the Australian Ballet Foundation and a Member of the National Gallery of Victoria Foundation.
In 2011 Bill was made a Life Member of the National Gallery of Victoria.

Natasha Bowness
Director |
Natasha commenced her career as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse where she spent 7 years working in Audit and Risk Management in Melbourne and London.
Natasha has over 11 years of property experience having joined Wilbow Corporation in 2000 initially as Financial Controller and subsequently as Finance Director. In addition to her Wilbow role, Natasha manages a number of other investment entities, chairs the Bowness Family Foundation and is on the Board of the Zoos Victoria Foundation. |

Kelly Wyborn
Director |
Kelly is a Chartered Accountant having commenced her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (pwc) working in both Melbourne and London for eight years.
During her time at pwc, Kelly worked across the Audit, Transaction Services and Corporate Finance divisions. Kelly then spent almost seven years working within the “Business Development and Strategy” team for Ramsay Healthcare, an ASX listed healthcare operator. During this time Kelly worked on various M&A, business development and strategic projects.

Michael Herskope

| Michael commenced his professional career as a lawyer specialising for 7 years in corporate and finance law. He then spent nearly ten years working in senior executive roles with large listed corporations. Since 2005, Michael has worked in the private investment sector and joined Wilbow Group as CEO in 2010. |

Peter McBride
General Manager - Property Finance |
| Peter has had over 30 years experience in the banking and finance sector, having spent the last 20 years directly involved in funding real estate development. Peter’s contribution to the real estate development industry was acknowledged in 2007 when he was awarded the Distinguished Service Award by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (Victoria). The Institute also awarded life membership to Peter in 2011 |

Chas Fitzgerald
President - Wilbow Corporation Inc. |
Chas Fitzgerald joined Wilbow Corporation in June 2002. Prior to joining Wilbow, Chas was actively involved in several master-planned communities of his own design in Frisco, Texas. He has degrees from the University of Illinois in both architecture and landscape architecture, with several years of experience in commercial and residential land planning.
He has worked both as an employee to the Irvine Ranch based Koll Companies, as well as an independent consultant to several REITs. Chas also spent seven years in mortgage banking working with many top Dallas real estate brokerage houses. After teaching at the University of Illinois, Chas began his private sector career with HOK Architects. |
