William D Bowness founded Wilbow Corporation in 1976. Wilbow Corporation grew to be a major property developer with
interests in Melbourne, Brisbane, Dallas (USA) and Auckland (NZ). The Australian interests were sold to a major public company
in 2006 and the NZ office closed in 2005. Dallas Texas has been retained and is being expanded.

Wilbow Corporation had significant experience in all facets of development including residential subdivisions, commercial, industrial and retail developments, apartments and retirement villages.

Wilbow Group established in late 2006 is using its prior global experience to become a preferred lender and participant for those developers looking for development funding that goes beyond traditional senior debt.
